I'm having a sharp pain behind my belly button I try to brush it off but it hurts an I'm having back pains. I really don't want to go in to be sent home 😦😦. I'm 35+5 days

Try to call a nursing hotline. They'll let you know if you need to go in or not. You can even call your hospital and ask to speak with a nurse.
I do love the way people say you will know when your in labour and having contractions well I will be honest I didn't know and my pains weren't that severe till I was fully dilated I'm sure everyone has different pain levels
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
