it's like a campy feeling that's going all the way through my vag down into the.front of legs. but it also feels like when ur foot falls asleep, but with a sharp pain. I don't know it's so hard to describe. but it like stops me dead

how intense are they? have you tried switching the position you're in? if it's Braxton hicks most of the time they'll go away once you change the position you're sitting/laying in
