Yes I was told not to use a heating pad! Maybe use warm wash clothe or a warm bath! I hope that helps! @blondiy

@kyleighsmomma, and @dennisbaby yeah I told her I had been using it right when I first got pregnant. everything online said it was okay. then she said not to do it because the heat can get to the baby. but I was in a pregnancy class today and it suggested it for back pain.

Are you so I never had any problems my doctor said it was okay. used one for contractions and back pain everything

Mine did; but she then said it is okay to use briefly. It's just risky to raise the body temperature right around the baby like that.
