do u ladies,eat sandwhichs is it bad to eat ?

Do you mean sandwiches with deli meat?

My doctor advised me to stay away from deli meat because of the bacteria called Listeria. Same with seafood.

I eat them. Dr never told me not to.

I do but it's advised to heat up the meat til steaming hot, which I just make grilled cheese with meat so it's no problem!

I do. I craved deli sandwiches a lot in the beginning. I didn't even no this rule with my first and subway was my best friend. Lol it's all about how you feel about listeria. People got it from eating dole salad mix sold in stores. If your worried just heat up the meat. Just as good to me :P

i crave sandwhichs some much @stephhhx3 . but ppl tell me not to eat burritos ramens and Sandwhichs and french fries i have beeen eating alll of these my whole begining of pregnancy its hard for me to cut it out and eat healthy. but ive been okay so,far

@malinaa215, do they tell you no to eat them cuz they're unhealthy or another reason? I eat all those things 😑 lol plus more.

they told me it wasnt good for pregnancies. but that's all ive been eating lol. @stephhhx3

@malinaa215, well the deli meat has a risk in listeria. Which you have that risk pregnant or not. I can't think of anything wrong with the others than they are unhealthy. I love cake way toooo much 😂

my nurse told me the packaged meat is fine, but not the lunch meat from the deli

Only think I don't do is eat raw foods an running eggs an red steak other then that I eat whatever

me too!! I love sandwich meat. it's just the flies that causes the listeria or whatever it's called.

I ate turkey sandwiches while pregnant and my son is fine 😊
