Is this your first birth Hun?

I'm having it as well! I can't sleep I get the worst anxiety and feel like I can't breathe at the thought of giving birth and the idea of c section and being on a operating table scares me so much The idea of it I feel like I can't breathe its horrible and even worse when everyone goes oh it will be alright you'll be fine 😟

Trust me Hun it's all worth it try watching birth anxiety hypnosis on utube (there are plenty to choose from) this will help calm you, by the time you get to the end you kinda want to give birth as being pregnant takes a toll on your body.just think of it this way one day of pain for a lifetime of happiness...you can do this!! I have given birth 2times this is my 3rd I have the lowest pain threshold ever and yet I did it, our bodies are amazing things stay positive and just enjoy your pregnancy for now xxx
