my baby had a blow out seriously she had poop all over her self she's only 5 days old I'm so worried she got it on her umbilical cord. I took a Q-tip and gently got around it. ugh I feel like a failure at being a mom. I should've never gave her that formula.

That happened with one of my babies. Just gently clean it off. Baby will be fine❤️ your not a failure
You aren't a bad mom. My baby pooped on me and my mom the first week home. My mom has 4 kids so I knew if she made mistakes my little mistakes aren't bad at all. As long she is breathing and in perfect condition and has plenty of love eveything is okay. If it keeps happening she could also have a sensitive stomach so talk to the doctor about getting a prescription for a special formula for the baby.
