Ugh!!!!! 3 hour glucose test in the morning!!!! Can't eat or drink nothing after 12am!!!!! This is going to be so hard…

My doctor said not to come on an empty stomach he said to just not eat sugar . You can have eggs & plenty of proteins .

My doctor told me to come on an empty stomach cause I'm assuming that by my sugar levels where very high with my 1 hour they would rather for me to be on and empty stomach. @marissamiller
