Any ways to induce labor on you're own? Fixing to be past due and still no sign of contractions or anything 😒

I took a HOT bath I sat in there for about and hour ! And did squats and that night I did that I got minor contractions and the next day I went into labor . Online it says taking hot baths with make you go into labor faster supposedly
with my first I was induced but I stayed at 1 cm dialated for weeks before induction so go walk and sex and all that other stuff! Goodluck girl 😊
yea that's tough because they can only get in there if your dialated. she tried pretty hard for me and I'm 2cm 50% effaced. you can try the Primrose oil inserted. is this your first?
I've tried a few different things that you'll find on Google but yesterday my doctor stripped my membrane and today I've had an upset stomach and contractions. I'll post if I go into labor! if it works then you could ask but has your cervix dialated or effaced?
