Had my appt today! Was 3 cm dilated, and 60% effaced. They did the membrane sweep thingy. I was 0 cm dilated at my last app and I been extreme walking!! Due in 5 days. She said keep doing what I'm doing and I should have my princess before my due date! Beyond excited!!!

Yes walk walk walk girl! I just been going to the mall and walking around not doing a damn thing for 3 hours with my momma and going home. I was so heart broken that I was not dilated for 2 weeks in a row. So I started walking and it worked!

@natzilla, stairs, hmm i don't have any so I'd have to go to the gym for that. It's snowing where I am which is rare so everything is pretty much shut down. Stupid Alabama weather and it's not even that much snow lol. Thanks for the advice though

@brianna6987, I've been eating the fresh pineapples and I love the raspberry leaf tea, I drink 4 cups a day. I don't walk nearly that much lol and sex is non existent :-( thanks for the tips though I need to get to walking more!!

@marce88, what helped me was stairs! Lots of climbing up and down stairs. Even a very light jogging down, then walking up, really helped. I had stairs in my old house that I had to constantly walk up, so he ended up coming 2 days after his due date. I didn't have to get the induction 😀 Lol

I been walking 3 hours each day. Was completely closed last app! Been eating lots of pineapples . Because I love fruit. And been bouncing on my ball. And sex! I couldn't get myself to eat the raspberry leaf tea. Lol it's gross.

@brianna6987, that's awesome, I'm super jealous lol I'm complete closed at 39 weeks. Scheduled for an induction on my due date. I've been walking, squats, bouncing on yoga ball and still nothing
