Just got this really cool app for my exercise ball! Getting ready for my third trimester workouts and stretches. Hoping it helps with labor! Worked out half of my first trimester and didn't know I was pregnant, took a break for the second and now getting back at it 😊

It's called Prenatal Pilates, it's free. There are other ones that cost like 2 or 3 dollars but that ones just free lol @ximesmom
