no 4 months exactly is 16 weeks 14-17 you are IN your 4th month but you can ask your doctor it's not an issue lol i was just letting you know if you divide 14/4 it's 3 1/2 even the thing you posted says in your 4th month not 4 monhs

No 4 weeks is a month , 8 weeks is 2 months , 12 weeks is 3 months , 16 weeks is 4 months , 20 is 5 there's 4 weeks in each pregnancy month there's technology 10 months in a pregnancy @cheeycheey
