In my 2WW I've had sore boobs, sore throat for 1 day (super weird ) , drainage going down my throat(ewww) &I've been noticing a bit of fatigue & a lot of creamy discharge. ... hope this is it 💕💕

Anybody have any sore throat remedies? I'm dying over here! I've been drinking tea all day. I have cough drops. Acidity from lemons makes my throat burn (I have red bumps all over the back of my throat) I can't get to a store anytime soon. Help please!!
