I have milk blisters from pumping. 😩😩 lord do they hurt. I can hardly pump because of them. My baby needs his food. Why does this happen to me?! 😭😭😩😩

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Breast pump covered by insurance I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
I know I need a double pump but they are so expensive 😭😭

Try turning your pump down and massaging the breasts before you pump.
