What do Braxton contractions feel like? This may be tmi, but It feels like I have a bladder infection or am super constipated but I'm almost 100% positive that it is neither. My understanding is that Braxtons are suppose to come and go.. but I've been feeling horrible cramps all morning pretty much non stop. suggestions..?

I just got home from work. @harleysmomma1228 I'm a chef so I'm extremely active. it was only worse. :/
I would take warm baths with Epson salts to help with mine. and being active helps too. try going on a walk.
Yeah it feels like constant horrible period cramps, @harleysmomma1228 . but my bowels are perfectly normal. Hahaha I'm just concerned I guess. hoping the Tylenol will help....
My braxtons felt like super bad period cramps with constipation lolol but I would go days without pooping
I have a check-up at 2. I'll talk to my doctor i just wanted some opinions as to if I'm being a baby or what before I go and complain... lolol @harleysmomma1228
