16 weeks and getting really bad migraines for the past 2 weeks. Makes me actually get so nauseous has this happened to anyone and what did u take?

I've always got headaches but this is by far the worst my head hurts so bad I puke from it and Tylenol does help @capesy91
Did you have migraines before you were pregnant? Cuz that's something to talk to your doctor about if not. It could be a sign of high blood pressure and a few other things.
I have a condition that causes headaches ask your ob they can prescribe you safe meds that will work way better than any over the counter.

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

I had that with my first. It got so bad towards the end they ended up inducing me because none of the meds they put me on helped. Hopefully it goes away! Entering the second trimester is when your body's blood flow increases a whole lot and can cause headaches/migraines. Hopefully it'll subside once it becomes "normal".
