No she didn't. I was worried about that. They would have let her home that night but I had a bleed so wanted to keep me in. She was quite a good weight for 37 weeks (I think lol) and had no health problems. just small. as long as you're little boy comes at 37 weeks or after then he probably won't have to stay in x

@tuftyturtle, yeah ive had my scan at 34+4, and x2 weekly monitoring and also had a scan on my placenta and cord last friday 😊 sorry if i seem rude but did your little girl have to stay in hospital ? im just wondering if they did induce me what happens after as he'll be early if you get me x

Well at 34+1 my baby was estimated to he about 4.5 lb. so its safe to say you're probably going to have a teeny one lol. They will probably scan you weekly and induce you if growth slows or they worry your placenta isn't functioning as well as it should x

@tuftyturtle, well at 34+4 he estimated at 4lb but didnt give me a birth estimate as the consultant is deciding what to do tomorrow (whether to induce me or leave me) but thankyou hun ive now packed his bag and its all tiny baby lol x

I had a baby last month with IUGR she was born at 37 weeks weighing 5lb 11. She is one month old and still wears tiny baby (to 7.5lb in most places but up to 6lb in asda) how many weeks will you be when you give birth and the estimated weight will obviously determine what you need but based on my experience even newborn is HUGE x

Tiny and newborn.. My son was 8lb 14 and he drowned in 0-3 so I would imagine if your baby is due to be small 0-3 would definitely be way too big.. Only going off my own experience though xx

my little boy weighed 9lbs 1oz and wore first size as the rest were too big for him and he was a big boy if I were you I would take mainly little clothes and maybe one or two bigger bits if you've been estimated a smaller baby. that's what I'd do personally xxx
