So I have a question for the mommies who have started solid foods. Have any of your lo's had any reactions to certain foods? I think my son is allergic to carrots. I have been giving them to him for 5 days now and he has been a mess. He has constipation, gets red cheeks and gets a red bum a couple hours after eating them. He has been miserable and I feel really bad for him. I've done some research and carrot allergies aren't common, so there isn't much to find or read.

@2015mom, id call his pediatrician and ask them. My son is allergic to amoxicillin and penicillin. But he breaks out in hives. Does he have trouble breathing after eating them? Either way id still call the ped to be sure and on the safe side

Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? Bananas used to give my son a bad diaper rash. It was just the baby food, it was too acidic. I started making him baby food and he never got a rash again! At first I was giving him the canned baby food.
