I have a questions. How many of you women were told you were having a boy but found out later on it was a girl? I mean I'm pretty sure I'm having a boy but this other doc scared me by sounding so hesitant about it.

"Was it planned?"

We started telling friends we are expecting baby #3. Seriously 3 different people have asked me already "was it planned?"! I think because we already have a boy and a girl everyone assumed we were done (even though we've talked the last couple of years to heaps of friends about possibly having another...). Yes very much planned! Regardless, that is just a question I would never ask anyone ?

So me and my husband have 2 boys already and we really want to try again for a girl but we are scared that we may have a boy. Don’t get me wrong I will love my child regardless of gender and pray that I have a healthy baby. But is it shamed upon or wrong for even considering going through gender selection which is part of the IVF process? I found out at 15w 5d that we have a baby boy in the making. We were expecting a girl since we already have 3 boys together. Bring on boy #4. Come on baby Mikey!
