I mean technically it's true. You never know what could happen when you go into L&D. I've heard of moms that have had a "normal" pregnancy and almost die from blood loss.

@kimmieg9385, life is full of risk no matter how careful you be. Having a child is a blessing and it will be hard it's only risky if somethings goes wrong. Don't worry about the risky part just be happy and positive and live life :) thank you @kimmieg9385

Yes it's true because you never know what complications may arise at the last minute. Some mother's actually die and get brought back to life....very very very small percentage though

You risk your life every time you leave your house and drive in a car but you do that. There are much riskier things we do all the time without even thinking about it.

Agree with @babyg407. Just remember with pregnancy you have a doctor or midwife watching out for your health. If something comes up they will do something about it.
