yes! with this pregnancy I had a dream I went to the hospital and found out I was 5 weeks pregnant! lol I was only 4 but still! I also know dreams can be tricky... I've had so many dreams this pregnancy I start bleeding and MC and wake up freaked out but baby is still doing great! we tried to conceive for over a year and a half after my last mc. are you seeing a doc?

every time I found out I was prego I had a pregnancy dream before! even after my MCs I had dreams after, they were sad ones but still. it's sometimes a sign 😁
