within a week I have lost 2 friends and had 2 friends on life support due to the accidents causing the deaths.... so to say my anxiety levels are high would be an understatement. well yesterday Aj wasn't listening at ALL so I was freakin out a little bit. whenever I ask my parents for help when my anxiety is high they get mad and start huffing and puffing... I just don't understand. they should want to help me in a time like this. I don't ask for help often. I sleep 3 hours a day ... work all night 5 nights a week and am up all day with my son. no help. why is it so hard to get help right now when I NEED it?!
