I know it's hard and nothing anyone can say will make it any easier. Losing a loved one is a very personal experience. I lost my grandma at age 13. She was in her early 60's when she passed away due to lung cancer that spread to her brain. I always get sad when good things happen thinking about how much she missed. She never saw any of her grandchildren graduate high school or any of our accomplishments after that. And I wish more than anything that she would be here to meet my first baby. But I am grateful for the time I got to spend with her and the memories I made with her and I will share those with my children. As I know you will continue to share those stories with your kids and they will get to know who she was through you. She is watching and she is with you always and you have given her the best birthday present in heaven! She gets to see the ultra sound of her great grandchild on her birthday. I believe that before our babies are born into this world our loved ones that have passed are holding them for us. If you ever need to talk feel free to reach out to me ❤️❤️❤️

I know that too, specially with the ultrasound being on her birthday, it's just alot harder than expected.. my two boys got to experience her love and laughter, this baby will never know her, and it breaks my heart@katielee5897
