I'm 1 month PP. I breastfeed and bottle feed. I pump about 5-10oz per session..per boob. I drink mothers milk tea...I pump both sides when I'm not feeding. I get the most pumped in the am. During the day sessions I pumped for 10 mins...turn it off for 10 mins and go back n forth for about an hour. this tells your body that your baby is cluster feeding and needs more milk and will produce more. you can have an overflow of milk ao if your not trying to create a freezer stash like i am i wouldn't suggest you do it as much as i do. i have about 30oz in the freezer now...and this morning i pumped for less than 30 mins and got 10oz including both sides.

@ladisnuggles09, and also use a warm towel and massage as you nurse to help flow as well

@ladisnuggles09, I just had a breastfeeding class last night. She mentioned several herbs and supplements like fenugreek, mothers Milk tea, lactation cookies(oats, flaxseeds) and Pinterest has several food suggestions as well. Also try pumping the other side as you nurse to trick the breast that it needs to double supply or pump after you nurse. I'm a FTM so I hope this helps!
