They're still learning to breathe. Also if they have a lot of saliva it can cause them to breathe weird. My son is almost 6 months and still does it. It stresses me out but the doc said it was perfectly normal! I do use the nose spray occasionally if it gets bad and it helps!

Go to the doctors and get that checks just to be sure that nothing is wrong.

my son has this to! but it's only after he eats. I'm do confused. we went to his 3 Day well Check and they said it was normal bc babies are trying to learn they cant breath (mouth) and eat at the same time

when my son was first born he sounded like he was snoring and I thought it was the amniotic fluid still in him it went on for weeks and it does sound like there's something in the throat..if you go into the doctor they will just tell you use saline drops to clear it up quicker if there is anything coming out use the suction to take it out...
