At first, I thought I wanted a really long engagement for various reasons, but now I'm feeling like I don't want to go another day without being his wife!

I know I've posted this before but when your water was leaking did it stay leaking or just with movements or what? Did you get contractions shortly after or no? I rolled out of bed and felt warmth leak out but Idk if it was possibly urine or what...never had it happen. It didn't smell like anything really...I know I should either call l&d or go in but I just want some experiences please. I want to wait a bit just in case it's nothing.

I was the same way. Me and my husband ran off and got married alone. Didn't invite anyone, just us, he rented a room for us went and had a romantic dinner. When we went home for Xmas eve we told my sister and just posted it on fb for everyone else. I wouldn't have changed it for the world. Yes, down the line we want to renew our vows and have a real wedding but for now we're happy.

It really is more personal. We had a blast. You can always have a wedding with family down the line. It's what we plan to do. @autumn
