I did. it was scary because I have heard horror stories about them missing and poking you so many times and the fact it was in your back but I still got it and he got it first try and I don't have any back pain from it. but it is all up to you! do what you feel you can deal with make it as comfortable for yourself as you can make it

I've never had one with either of my kids, but My sister in law said its good i didn't cause she has really bad chronic back pain because of it.. & its been about 10 years since.

definitely not for me. my mom did it all natural. and I'm not into people sticking giant needles with drugs in me. plus I want out of that hospital asap.

that's what I'm thinking too. but when I had my daughter they allowed me to get it at 8 cm dialated but it was an entirely different labor.

up to you..depends on your pain tolerance. I said no, no, nooo. .. soon as those contractions hit.. I was a pussy and I needed it 😂
