so I woke up hurting pretty bad today. and it just hasn't gone away I've used a heating pad, taken a warm shower, taken some Tylenol, and tried to get in a comfy position. it'd my knees, lower back, and lower uterus around where period cramps are. the pain is just constant and idk what to do. I'm tired and very frustrated because I just cannot get comfy and I have a pregnancy body pillow. I think part of it is our bed. but is there anything else I could do? I know being uncomfortable and in pain is normal for the 3rd trimester but I'm just so over it!!!

I might try that again @shelbyjo. I stretched earlier in the day and got in a cozy position for my back but then I had muscle spasms in my lower stomach... -_- 3rd trimester is just the worst lol plus baby is already big so she's running out of room

Try some light stretching It helps me some when I'm hurting and stiff ESP with my back and hips
