I've been taking prenatals for 3 days now , and I've noticed I've become nauseous and kind of having minor headaches and I'm also using the restroom a little more than usual . (Number 2) 😷

try taking them with food to help with nausea. I find if I take mine on an empty stomach I get/feel sick.

Take them before bed, works like a charm. :) I got sick every time I took mine.

I started taking the gummies cause the pills made me so sick.

I have the horse pill looking ones and they are huge but they make me sick . My ob prescribed them I may ask for gummies lol

i had to take the gummies because the iron level in the pescription was way to high for me
