it has been a ruff day... baby girl has been crying her little lungs out and we don't know why... it all began this morning .. it stops and then she does it again... we think is gas problems but we are not too sure she is 1 month and a half.. any help please

Hi momma's I need some tips or advice my daughter has been acting up alot lately since we moved back to California (it's a long story as to what happened) but she hasn't been listening to either me or her dad but she will listen to other people and she has just done this since we moved back idk if she is doing it more now that she has both of her parents and she thinks she can get away with it or what but I'm asking what should I do? I've tried literally everything. I've told her that it's not ok to hit or bite and not to throw food and I smack her hand lightly and say "no" when she is doing something she isn't supposed to be doing but she still doesn't listen. Feels like she is already in her terrible twos at one years old....
My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". She was born at 27 weeks and has a long road ahead of her. Every day she has been getting stronger and amazing everyone. Please keep us in your prayers, my family and I have a long road ahead of us. If it's gas pump her legs like she's riding a bicycle and give her some gas relief drops of gripe water. It works works for my 3 months old!
