So my stomach will feel like it's getting tight on the inside and I have to take a few deep breaths, but when I touch it, it doesn't feel rock hard all over just in general around my belly button. Is that BH?

yupp sounds like BH ! :)
@sara116 your body actually starts BH at about 10 weeks. just most women don't even feel it til like 25ish weeks. but it's not bad to feel them. just body practicing :)
