I had pains like that around 20 weeks, I remember almost dropping to the ground at the mall. I also got them if I stood up too fast from sitting down. Like a string is being stretched too much.

Maybe your sciatic nerve? Mine sent shooting pains down my back and I could hardly walk. Maybe just call the doctor on call and see what they think?

your bones and ligaments are adjusting to a growing uterus, it's normal. if you start bleeding, then you need to get checked.

But I did have round ligament pain like that too. Yes the on call nurse and she may call doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.
