My grandma sent me this about two weeks ago when I was depressed and didn't want talk to anyone. Because I didn't want to talk to her I was "disrespecting" her. I do not hate my daughter. When I first find out was pregnant I was scared don't get me wrong, I was scared alone and was about to be homeless so yes I did think about abortion. But does that mean you hate your child because you thought of having an abortion? I don't hate my daughter I was scared! ANYWAY today I got a package it has a baby blanket, booties, and hats and they are from her. To keep peace I was going to write her a thank you card. My dad (its his mom) is extremely upset with me because I don't want to talk to her over the phone. Look at what she said to me! Why should I call her! Nice gesture she'll always be her greatgrandma but to me she's cut out of my life.

@abombmomof2, Ohh I wanted too! That pissed me off and made me more upset. I ended up blocking her after I told her she won't be hearing from me again.

@desiadi4116, my mom was like that about my first. I have considered adoption for both of my kids in early pregnancy, but I decided I wanted to be a mom and keep them. She's trying to make amends, if you aren't comfortable talking to her yet, that is your choice. just talk to her when you're ready

@harleybaby2952, I just dont like the fact she said she felt sorry for Adilynn. Does she really think I'm going to be a bad mom because I was upset? That is what gets me upset the most. I don't need that negativity around me or my daughter.
@deafmama16 She lives states away. If it want for the fact she wouldn't have said anything like that to me. She wouldn't say anything like that to my face. maybe to my great aunt's who all now talk down on me because I blocked her and dont really want nothing to do with her.

@desiadi4116, finding out your pregnant with your first at a young age is terrifying. She's old and set in her ways. my mom made me hide my pregnancy from my grandma -.- like I said, talk to her when you're ready to, for all it matters, take 2 years to do it. ultimate revenge lol

I was 19 when I had my son who is now 4 and a half. I was scared as well. You made the right decision that's all that matters. You will be a great mom. I am now 24 and due in September with my second and don't regret one bit being a young mom. If you ever need to talk message me.
