Nah, old wives tale. First boy had heart rates 150s-170s. This boy started around 160s, most are 140s-150s. 😜 It's fun to discuss, but I put zero stock in it.
My first son was in the 150s this one is another boy his started in the 170s and just recently went to 145. the heart beat is determined by how active the baby is.
