So my LO is 8 days old and I don't seem to have any issues with milk supply but I've heard so many diffrent things. My son nurses from one breast each feeding. (I alternate) He usually feeds for around 30 to 45 mins, but I've heard ur supposed to offer both breast each feeding?? Am I hurting my milk supply in the long run only offering him one breast each feeding?

I've offered it the same way you do to my LO. & my milk supply is great! as long as your alternating consistently :)

Actually they say each feeding should be on one boob only to ensure that baby gets the proper amount of hind milk, which has the most nutrients baby needs. My daughter is almost 6 month and I've always changed boobs each feeding and my supply is great.
