Is there an app that I can keep track of Ramonas schedule? I know they have feeding trackers but I need something to track her sleep so I can try to sleep when she sleeps instead of thinking she'll only sleep for an hour and then ends up sleeping 3 hours, just to wake up to be fed and changed and go back to sleep for another 2 hours. 😭 I'm so exhausted but every noise she makes (and she makes a lot of noises) startles me wide awake because I anticipate her waking up.
