well in Colorado you can go to the public health place(in Lakewood or Arvada, that's how we got my son Medicaid and me Medicaid too down the road with my 2nd pregnancy) or the building behind the jeffco court house and apply in person but you will b there for a while unless the weather is really cold then maybe no one will really b there and b fast lol :)

online was way faster I went to the building to apply and while I waited in line and to b seen, I finished and was approved and was going to b next but really needed to leave for work so it all worked out I'd do it online

Yeah I'd say it took about a week for everything to go through and that was at the end of November when everyone and their mom started enrolling for the new year but since I'm pregnant I'm assuming those go straight to the front of the applications.

I was told I could call in and fill one out over the phone since I'm pregnant, it could be different for yours though 😀
