Help! My left breast is completely engorged because I haven't let my son eat off it in 12 hours because he hit a bad latch on it and gave it a bad sore that bled. How can I fix this? I can't get access to a pump until 11am

Don't pump. It can cause an oversupply and lead to mastitis or other issues. Just hand express to comfort and latch baby on that side. Work on getting a deep latch and the damage will heal. Use lots of lanolin.
You can even hand express it in a bottle so it's not wasted Lol.

massage them, hot compress, shower and massage them while they hang (hand express) @carlyann00
