Anyone ever get a sharp stabbing pain in the lower abdomen at 24 wks? It was in my lower left side…

I've had that pain for three days now and still have it, in the same place and everything. I'm trying to be seen by my OB as we speak.

I just came from my appt and she said its ligament pain, she said if it was something that lasted it could be colon spasm since pregnancy causes bowel issues @cartimom @princess23x

Oh wow yeah I def want to be seen then! I think they are just going to put me on bed rest though. Thank you for letting me know that. Has yours gone away yet ? @bianca_rose

Yeah if it's lasted three days talk to them or be seen just to be safe, she didn't make it sound like it'd be dangerous even if it was the colon though so don't get too worried. Yes mine only lasted about 2 mins

My doctor said he thinks it's the ligament pain but he pulled me out of work for a week and on bed rest until I see him on Monday. Thank you @bianca_rose

Yeah, I just hope he doesn't pull me out of work early because I work as a housekeeper and the job is very demanding in labor. A lot of bending and cleaning hot tubs and pulling dueves out of the sheets, Etc. We shall see on Monday. I just don't want to hurt the baby because my body is stressed out and in pain. Especially because I have sciatica and I walk out limping sometimes.
