so my landlord decided he wanted his property back. serving me a notice saying he wants me out 10 days after my due date.
i'll be living with family until i find a council place, but my god. the stress is UNREAL.
hes bascially kicking me out because ive asked him to sort the damp/mould problems in the house , and he'd rather get another tenant in who he can hide it from. (ill attach pictures of how bad it is.)
i should be prepairing for my son being here. not a full house move 😢😭😭😭
this is how it is all over our bedroom walls, black mould in the bathroom, and damp in my daughters room which she doesnt sleep in :/ i even decorated the whole of upstairs for it to be ruined :(
Document & photograph everything...when baby's born and your feeling stronger you could take them court defo! Xx
Your better off out of there it can seriously damage your little people's breathing. It will be worth it, you can't live in that
Jesus!!! I'm surprised nobody has been seriously ill with respiratory problems...your better off out of there Hun although you might be able to take them to court for putting your health at risk, charging too much rent for the living standard you were expected to put up with landlords also have guide lines to follow that he clearly hasn't...and also the stress of being evicted for asking for reasonable expectations!! 😡
its absoloutely disgusting and appaling @jayden19 @ljay. its such a shame because weve put so much into this house, but didnt know how mad the damp/mould actually was. ;/ i know i'll be much happier with my family for a few months. ive even got photos of what it was like before decorating and after and now this. so he cant try to put it on me, as its his house and responsibility! my daughter has suffered with a bad cough for a while though :( only just getting rid of it too :( poor girl. xx
