Glucose test in the morning. Everybody has told me nothing but horror stories so I'm kinda dreading it.😥💭

Make sure you bring something to do. My Dr didn't tell me I had to wait an hour. And you can not eat or drink anything during that hour (wish I would have known that too otherwise I wouldn't have brought Dunkin Donuts) but the juice wasn't bad it just tasted like orange Gatorade.

For me it wasn't the taste that was the hard part. It was how it made me feel that sucked!!! I felt awful from it. 😫😝

I've only ever had orange and it's a plus if they give it to you cold . Your not supposed to eat at least an hour before . Just to be safe take a snack and a bottle of water for after @h0pesvessel

I think that's what I'll do it seems like the best choice @shelbyjo

What I did was I set a countdown timer for it and just tried to get over half down before the half way mark then took my time finishing the rest

@shelbyjo, I take forever too, I guess I'll just have to deal and do it in the set amount of time and @kimberlyyyy I've never had an otter pop.

If they give you a choice, go for a cold orange drink. They taste like otter pops =] mmmmm

I think they told me 5 min but like I said I take forever drinking anything even room temp water 😂 and plus it's a small bottle

I did too but honestly when I drank the drink it tasted like the orange hi c. I tend to drink things slowly so the hardest thing for me was drinking it in time but after that I was fine until like the last few min before the took the blood when I got a little queasy but my morning sickness was way worse. And I passed no problem good luck momma!

It's not bad at all I wouldn't eat before if I were you lol that sugar drink is real it's like any juice just with a whole bag of sugar poured in lol

It's not the worst thing in the world I've done it several times and it's really not that big of a deal . Hardest part to me was waiting the hour .
