OK.. as long as you feel sober enough to drive you are sober enough to feed.. alcohol leaves your boob milk like it leaves your blood..

You should be just fine! Beer isn't the worst thing to drink, and 4 hours is plenty to get it out of your system. I think the rule of thumb is, "If you're sober enough to drive you're fine to breastfeed."
