So I know it's good to excercize while pregnant but how do I do that when I have no energy??
thanks I'm trying to drink more water and eat healthier I was thinking of starting yoga again
I know what you mean I'm pregnant with my 1st child & shes makes me so lazy literally like a momma bear eat & sleep & it is hard I myself am trying to get better at not being so lazy what helps me is I take small walks in my backyard with my dogs play with them for a little & making myself fresh vegetable/fruit juices also drinking water & tea hope this helps :)
@calliecatlove2016, I feel the same way! once you hit your second trimester you'll get more energy and it will be easier. if you're tired just rest :)
