so I'm really tired of some of the looks I get lately. I'm allowed to have a glass of wine while I'm pregnant. 1 glass is allowed.

any alcohol is considered a risk 💁 , did your doctor tell you that ?

Hmmm I'd stay away from any form of alcohol altogether.. One glass is still a major risk. Especially in early pregnancy 😕

Please do your research again. There is a lot of new stuff that was saying even one glass was not good. Always ask your doctor too.

Yeah^ I had asked my doctor about wine because I turned 21 recently and she looked at me like I was stupid. You just never know how little can cause fetal alcohol syndrome
