We had no kids at mine. It was raining that day and it was indoor, we didn't want a bunch of little ones running around and wanted to keep it an adult event, it was just easier that way. No one with kids really minded. I think they all enjoyed getting a little break.

It's better that way I wish I didn't let kids come to mine they were running around messing up my balloons ... The worst part is that they had caught some napkins on fire I wanted to strangle them lol keep it #ADULTS ONLY😎
I'm asking no kids because the children in mine and my hubbies family are BAD! Not only that but I'm trying to save as much as possible and don't want to have to spend on extra food. I just want a calm coed baby shower. There will be drinking at my shower too. I don't want children to be around that. I don't even let my kid around that. No, it's your shower... However I had my shower at a beach/park so my friends who were already moms could attend with their children and I plan on doing that again this time around.
I've never been to a baby shower that kids couldn't attend (I have gone without my child, but I wasn't told my kid couldn't come with) ...As a mom I'd be pretty annoyed because that would mean I possibly wouldn't be able to go, but I guess I just have a different group of friends because we all have a kid, kids, or know people who have kids and we're all used to munchkins running around touching everything, making messes and making people smile & cringe at the same time. Lol
I just had my baby shower Saturday and my whole family has kids so that wasn't possible but we did get a little jumper and different food for kids and the kids also played games like putting the diaper on the baby and all it wasn't so bad (: but everyone is different.. I was also afraid of them stressing me touching everything but nope went super great :)
@ninety, well coed is cool my family shower everyone attended but I did do hot dogs and chips for the kids and we had a dance off, but I've also been to showers where on the invite it specifically says no children

Mine is no kids allowed too. But if that was going to keep anyone from coming they can bring them I know my cousins can't leave their babies
