looks like baby acne it's nothing to be concerned with just make sure when your feeding her you clean her face well after if she gets milk all over. with just a wipe

pretty much from milk sitting on her skin. just clean her face after you feed her. my nieces got them all the time. nothing serious

journii had them but it was just from her drooling, and milk, i kept it dry no problem since then
