ugh this restless leg crap is really starting to get on my nerves. has anyone experienced this and have any suggestions of what I can do to relieve it.

Mine only hurts when I sleep on my right side so I try to sleep on my left but I drink a lot of water a day and still have it...I just deal with it at this point when it does happen

I ate 3 a day. breakfast lunch and one right before bed.

@alexandersmomma0216, I eat bananas and drink coconut water but I don't feel a diff. how many do you eat I may need to eat a little more.

@daybaby3 I feel it's worse with this pregnancy than my last and it's driving me nuts

bananas became my best friend morning and night. it's also good for cramps but it helped with my RLS

@momof3girls, thanks I fig that was my best bet but just wanted to see if there was any thing else that helped

I get it alot to only thing that helps me is drinking alot of water
