I'm having Braxton hicks contractions but they are strong and uncomfortable and feel like I have light menstral cramps. Is that still Braxton hicks?!

Braxton hicks do feel that way as you get further along but if they are happening close together and last long and get stronger than its not BH

Soak in a warm bath. If the go away, they're Braxton Hicks. If not, they're real contractions.
