I know a natural birth or getting an epidural isn't a big deal to some. but I wish I could get more support on wanting a natural birth. so many people are saying I can't do it. I want to and honestly I don't know how I would handle an epidural. I already have a bad back and I don't want it to damage anything. plus I want to be able to move around and be Ave to get in a somewhat comfy position during labor

I did all natural. I refused meds. I uses the tub for awhile it helped bc the jets ere right on my back and I had my mom massaging my back when I had contractions. I had back labor though because of how my daughter was positioned. you can do it! in all honesty an epidural might make your back worse after wards if you already have back pain

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. yeah I have a pinched nerve and muscle spasms and that was before I got pregnant so it's worse now. I definitely don't want it to get any worse. I've already tried different positions that help relieve back pain and breathing techniques.
