if a mother is not really a mother yet because she delievered her baby thru c section, does that mean the baby is not really born yet because it didn't come out of the birth canal?... see this is what goes thru my head when stupid people say mothers are not mothers yet for not having a vaginal birth..

As soon as you see those 2 lines or the word "pregnant" on a test you are a momma. Especially if you carry the baby the whole 9 months. Smh I hate stupid people. 🙄
you are a mother as soon as you conceive.... I personally have carried a baby and gave birth to my baby by emergency c-section and I'm caring my 2nd baby and will be giving with by planed c-section..... it dusent matter if you give birth vaginally or by c-section both are giving birth to a beautiful life....
exactly but I have seen so many people post this so I'm like well if their not a mother in your eyes then is the baby even really born? Lol it makes them sound stupid as he'll when I ask them that question. in fact c section is so much worse than vaginal with being cut open and then longer recovery and pains lasting longer higher chance of infection and not making it thru.

I look at it as you grew that baby inside you, and you brought them into this world, that's all that matters!
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Do you count yourself as a mother if you haven't given birth yet?
