Breastfeeding is it ok to have a beer ?

I used beer to help my milk come in the yest from it helps so I don't see nothing wrongb

Wait 2 hours to feed or pump for every 12 oz beer

If it's just one you should be fine. I always say pump or feed (I do both) first
